Your Fast coach is committed to forming a meaning coaching relationship with you, as after all, we are working with people, not simply athletes.
They will assess your individual needs and figure out how to fit all that Swimming, Cycling and Running into your life, to minimise the interference on your Family, Friends, Work and other Interests outside of Triathlon. They will work with you to guide you on the journey.
Having your custom training plan delivered to you via Training Peaks on either a weekly or monthly schedule, all you have to do is put in the work and the team at Find Your Fast will make it as easy as possible for you to achieve greatness, without getting in the way of life.
The team will also give you guidance around transitions, nutrition, equipment and all the other questions that are bound to arise as you delve deeper into this crazy sport that is Triathlon.
